- Try to model human behavior on incentives of any form.
- We feel fear when the danger is immediate and is totally out of our control.
- Risk = hazard + outrage. The funny thing though is that people over react if hazard is low and outrage is high whereas they under react if hazard is high but outrage is low. Probably they react OK if hazard and outrage are balanced.
