The quality is amazing!! I had always been torn between Nikon and Canon... had always thought that Nikon might still have something to show one of these days... but I guess that is a different discussion.

By the way if you are a serious film maker you might have heard about RED ONE (http://www.red.com/cameras). One wonders when a consumer version of RE will be available - a little bird told that it wont be long.
